At Roddy Rural & Property Services Ltd, we offer flexible maintenance contracts designed for hotels, estates, holiday accommodation, businesses and larger private properties across the Isle of Skye.
Our contracted service gives you dedicated maintenance time reserved for your property on a regular basis, whether that's weekly, fortnightly, monthly or arranged around your individual requirements. Rather than waiting for maintenance jobs to build up or trying to find a contractor each time something needs attention, you'll have a reliable point of contact who gets to know your property and its ongoing needs.
Regular visits can be used for planned and preventative maintenance, general repairs, maintenance plumbing, painting and decorating, external upkeep, grounds maintenance and routine property checks, as well as working through your own ongoing maintenance list. For hospitality and holiday properties, we can also help identify and deal with smaller issues before they affect guests or develop into more costly repairs.
A service tailored to your property
Every property is different, which is why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all contract. We'll discuss your requirements with you and agree an appropriate level of regular support. This could be anything from one maintenance visit each month to dedicated maintenance days every week.
Our aim is to provide many of the benefits of having your own maintenance person, but without the commitment and cost of employing someone full-time.
Contract customers can also have access to additional services, including fencing, groundworks and larger maintenance projects, which can be quoted separately where required.
